School-Aged Registration Form - Use this form if you were less than 20 years of age on September 1 of the current school year, and attend an Alberta School.
- Partial Program Registration Form - Use this form if you are school-aged (as per above description) and fit one of the following descriptions:
- Not attending another Alberta school; or
- Attending another Alberta school, but are not registering this course through them.
- PLEASE READ CRITERIA AT TOP OF APPLICATION FORM.
- Adult / Out-of-Province Registration Form - an Adult is 20 years of age on September 1 of the current school year.
- Course Information Form - Use only if insufficient room on Registration Form.
